Bid Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Bid Administrator to join our Commercial Team on a full time, permanent contract which will be based in our Head Office in Dublin 15. The successful candidate will support the Bid Manager and the wider Commercial Team with the efficient and effective administration of bid preparations, pre-qualifications proposals, project presentations and contracting tasks.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Tracking online procurement portals and notification of potential opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of the bid library and undertake periodic reviews to ensure that all content is up to date
  • Work closely with the internal bid, business development and divisional teams to assist in the co-ordination, research and preparation of presentations and bidding information
  • Liaising with subject matter experts to provide accurate, relevant and prompt information
  • Co-ordinating the design elements of the proposal and presentation
  • Proofreading documentation to ensure compliance with bid instructions and internal procedures
  • Reviewing documents and case studies and tailoring them meet the projects requirements.
  • Create industry and client presentations
  • Assist with the continuous development of efficient bid execution
  • Other general bid development and administrative duties
  • Maintain a strong link with internal clients, guaranteeing appropriate and responsive reaction to address any concerns
  • Ability to address unforeseen reactive demands
  • Understand the range and depth of the services provided by Sensori FM with the eagerness to further develop their knowledge of the business and the services we provide
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary for the efficiency of the business

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • 2 years of Administration experience in a commercial environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Applications
  • Proficiency in Adobe with emphasis on InDesign
  • Strong understanding of FM/Building (Mechanical & Electrical) services an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluent English
  • Motivated self-starter, who can work independently
  • Capable of prioritising tasks whilst possessing the ability to work under pressure
